How we research and write.

Evidence hierarchy

Product construction, pricing, kit contents and warranties are sourced to the merchant or manufacturer. Physiological and safety statements prioritize peer-reviewed research and established clinical sources. Seller marketing is labeled as seller marketing.

Reviews

A research-based review is not presented as hands-on testing. We do not invent personal experience. If hands-on testing is added later, the page will say who tested the product, how and for how long.

Prices and reviews

These change. We timestamp price/review snapshots and encourage readers to verify live details with the merchant.

Medical boundary

Our content is educational, not medical advice. We avoid turning reflex physiology into treatment claims for mental-health, cardiovascular or dermatologic conditions.

Corrections

When a factual product detail changes, we update the page rather than preserving a misleading historical statement as if it were current.
